Aren’t these exciting times? My Dad called me early this morning to tell me of Microsoft’s offer of $44.6 billion in cash & stock to buy Yahoo. WOW!! Microsoft wants Yahoo BAD!!!

Can Microsoft improve Yahoo? It will be interesting to see what happens and what this takeover will mean for those of us who use the three big search engines for advertising our home business.

How I wished I owned a significant amount of Yahoo stock now. I’d be laughing all the way to the bank. As I don’t, I can just watch, wait and see what comes of this takeover bid.
